I was thinking of like, when your character loses all its health, there is a 1/512 chance of your character being teleported into a rift, where strong soul-like enemies are everywhere, and rare treasures are abundant. It also being possible to enter this dungeon with a high-tier rare item called a Rift Fabricator. Teleporting to friends in this area is impossible. Strange warped buildings are everywhere and Dimensional Taverns can be located in some area with monsters inside that are normally hostile, but they're peaceful and having a good 'ol time.
