Well I got some inspiration and maybe a couple ideas from seeing how other teams work. There should be a rank that only takes care of the players/members of the forum? My idea for name is Helper or Referee like in FreeRealms, and a person with that rank would only be able to help the people/ban them/mute them etc. But they didn't help with anything involving the game's development. They maybe should do tests for the other staff to see if things are working as well rather than getting members/players to do it. They should also be the lowest rank. Also there could be a rank called: "Trial-Moderator" Or "Trial-Mod" For short. They could be moderators who are on trial to see if they are fit for the job or not, and if they fail sometimes they get demoted to helper if they have one aspect that is worth keeping such as talent with people. Other times they become a member, and if they pass the trial-period they should become a full Moderator. The Trial-Period should either be a set time or it should be decided by how much the Staff Member does, and how active they are. To wrap things up.
