I was thinking maybe there could be a mentoring system, where a person at certain high levels mentors another person at say level 5 or under. There could be a point system where if you mentor a lot you can gain rewards that are exclusive only to mentors. Like say... School themed? Since your like teaching... Anyways. There could be special quests you can do with your appren. up until they are level 5. The quests can teach the appren. about the game.
So here are some possible flaws that I can find: 1) Some people might make alts, or have their friends make alts, to gain the prizes, cheating their way through. 2) Some new people might not WANT to do these quests. That's fine they are optional. 3) What if you want a break or your mentor/appren. goes offline? Well the quests are not back to back so you can take any break that you want. 4) How would you become a mentor? To become a mentor it would be as easy as pressing the add friend button. I think it should be like the add friend button. 5) What if a mentor is rude to the appren.? Well the appren. can then discontinue the mentoring and look for a new mentor. 6) What if nobody wants to be a mentor? Well I would think that most people would not, some might think its a waste of time, or others are too busy. SO! I think each mentor would be able to mentor say.. 3-5 appren.'s whereas an apprentice may only have 1 mentor. 7) What if you reach level 5 and you aren't done with the mentor quests? Well the mentor quests could be extended up until the point of level max. But 1) I believe the content of the game can be explained very easy and short, so you wouldn't get as many quests out of that. 2) People might become sick of doing the quests again and again. 8) How do mentors level up? Well there could be a second xp bar, but instead of experience it can be called something like kindness, or guidance or whatnot. Every time you complete a mentor quest with an appren. you can gain points. The bar can be like... Gain (x) amount of points and you shall level up to (x) level. Same like experience. 9) What about the apprentices' prizes? I don't think (and don't hate me because I am not in the 'loving and caring spirit' for new players, which is not true its just what I think) I don't think the appren.'s should get an 'item' reward. That really isn't the point of it, it is for them to learn about the game. Now in this sense, the mentors shouldn't either. But the mentors are spending time with this person to help them gain knowledge, I think that can be rewardable. 10) How would the quests work exactly if two people are doing them? Well, I think a little programming would do it, but the mentor and apprentice relationship can be like a group. So in order to do the quests you must be in a sort of 'group' with the apprentice. That does not mean like an actual group, it more like: Sally is mentoring Bob, they can do the mentor quests. Hannah is not mentoring Lucy, but is teaching her about the game without doing the mentor system. They would not gain mentor points, because the points are earned through the quests, and they can't do the quests because they aren't in that relationship. 11) Are quests the ONLY way to get mentor points? Im not sure about that, I would think it would be easier that way, I mean if you wanna teach someone yet not go through the mentor quests, than by all means DO IT! But I can't exactly think of another way to give mentor points.

Maybe one idea is a whole other list, an apprenticeship list. The game can tell when you're close to your apprentice/mentor, and when the apprentice gains experience and levels, the quests start marking stuff off.

I don't quite follow the apprenticeship list? I was thinking there could be a list that shows your apprentice/mentor people things... And I was also thinking that the quests would be a one-time deal. So I think I am on track.. But not quite with what your saying?

I like it, it would be amazing to do a quest with another person or group.
