As I have stated before, there should be certain parental guidance for those under the age of 10. When viewing the terms and conditions for Blade Zenon, before you download the game onto your computer you should understand the simple guidelines and be able to agree to act accordingly. Blade Zenon is a family friendly game after all. A child may not know or understand the guidelines, so it is best if a parent can guide their kid to playing the game without them doing so without their permission. (Resulting in not getting sued by parents in the future perhaps).

Fair point; in all honesty, there's no surefire way to make sure that players under the age of 10 have parental guidance to play seeing as how many parents tend to not monitor their child's activity on the web, or don't find out everything. Having at least a set of rules/terms & conditions would show that we care about the safety of those using the internet. As Nanami pointed out, it could work in our favor in case some parent/guardian decides to take legal action for whatever reason they may have. This also means that it's important for the individual that would formulate said terms and conditions to try to cover all angles- lawyers are sneaky.

Registering something for a copyright/trademark probably depends on factors such as location since acquiring one most likely isn't the same everywhere. As for a terms of agreement, they don't have to have a legal effect, but rather act as a disclaimer/guidelines to inform players of rules and the consequences of not following them.
True; one problem with acquiring an official trademark/copyright is the payment. Another factor in acquiring copyright for the game is that the copyright goes towards certain bits of the game- in most cases, coding "is protected as a literary work, and the artwork and sound are protected as an audiovisual work". For those looking into this from the future, it was originally going to be a game to replace FreeRealms after it had shutdown, but things slowly fell apart. People gravitated towards a false promise of a returning FreeRealms (b4 FreeRealms Sunrise).
